"We were blown away as soon as we stepped inside, we have never stayed at a condo so large ! It was bigger than some single 3 bed homes we have booked in the past. My teenagers loved to 2 full beds in one room as most villas have 2 small twins in them, the king and queen beds were also very nice! The coffee , tea and hot cocoe packets were nice to have when we arrived before having to go grocerie shopping. AAA Lux Villas was very helpful and we were very impressed with the clean of the place, the owner was very helpful and personal! Made us feel like friends instead of just a booking. We will be back!! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa features 2 Master
King bedrooms and 2 double Twin bedrooms, one decorated in a Winnie
the Pooh theme. It is ideally suited to accomodate 8 guests and has
a natural gas heated, screened pool with hot tub. For your
entertainment, the villa has a 60" Smart HDTV equipped with a
Sound Bar with Digital Cable and a DVD Player. In addition there is
a Games Room with not only Pool And Fooseball Tables, but also
PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and Wii consoles with an assortment games,
all with dedicated Large Screen HDTVs. The villa even has wireless
high speed internet and free long distance calling throughout North
America. The villa has everything to make you feel at home, from a
fully equipped kitchen, to a washing machine and clothes dryer, as
well as a baby playpen, high chair, push chair and booster seats.
The villa is situated 20 minutes from the Theme Parks, and 5 minutes
from grocery stores and resturants.

"We really enjoyed our stay here in January, it had everything we needed for our family holiday, spacious rooms beautifully furnished with a heated pool that we were able to use in January ,a games room, the kitchen had everything coffee machine, blender, sandwich toaster, crockpot, a file was also provided with lots of tips for days out and where to eat. loved the area near to restaurants and shops, and about 15 mins from Disney, cant wait to go back."
